It gets 2.1 million guests every year and is the second most visited zoo in the United States. It is licensed by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums. The Houston Zoo’s statement of purpose is “The Houston Zoo associates networks with creatures, moving activity to spare natural life.” The zoo has been worked by the non-benefit enterprise Houston Zoo Inc.

Houston Museum of Natural Science

The Houston Museum of Natural Science is a characteristic history gallery situated on the northern fringe of Hermann Park in Houston, Texas, United States. The exhibition hall was built up in 1909 by the Houston Museum and Scientific Society, an association whose objectives were to give a free foundation to the individuals of Houston concentrating on instruction and science. Historical center participation aggregates more than 2,000,000 guests every year.
